I have seen your website selling his videos and would like to buy some. I would like to know if buying these videos w/help one's game. There are some topics I'm not familiar with (star pattern series). Whould it be wise to buy all his videos to improve his game ? Many thanks ! :D

Why would you even waste money on buying videos? They're all kaka anyway. Just play and shoot. You know what Efren and the other Pinoy pros say when they miss? Makapal or manipis (too thick or too thin). Forget about those videos cause they never used videos to learn so why should you?

any kind of information is the key to becoming a better pool player. No matter how you get it. Other good players, books or videos. Books and Videos have helped my game alot.

Also, it is not always easy to play the better players to learn. Especially with a wife and kids. Plus the fact that I don't have near the natural talent that the people you mentioned have. I needed instructions just to get where people with a natural talent start.

Golf was always much easier for me to pick up to become half way decent and also stay half way decent in than what pool was to me. Most people call me nuts when I tell them that. I can not play golf for several months and still come in with a decent score. If I don't play pool for a while it really shows.

If you wanted to try a video to check out, just get Berts vol 1, "the sixty minute workout". It is a very good practice tape and well worth the money. You can check out Bert's style with that one and decide on more after that. I do think that your game cannot help but come up after using berts practice system off of vol 1.

I have to agree with Sid. I received 5 of Bert's tapes as gifts and love them. I would also say to start with the 60 minute workout. It breaks pool into 27 different shots. It gives you a way to practice without getting to bored or frustrated. I used to just rack the balls and play by myself, only to get frustrated and quit if I was shooting terribly. I felt that I should not be practicing if I was practicing badly. The 60 minuite workout gives me 27 shots to work on individually. The shots are fairly simple and more focus is put on where the cue ball goes after each shot. I mean thats what pool is about; making all of your shots easy...right??? Bert can be a little cocky and ecentric at times but I think you'll like the tape. Heck if you don't like it or think it helps, sell it on E-Bay. :P
