View Full Version : predator 3k series spwu's
i'm interested in getting a cue with as little weight in the joint as possible to simulate the feel of one-piece house cues. The predator spwu seems like a nice choice, but I wonder if the uniloc joint system increases the mass at the joint any much more than a pin-to-bare-wood joint? Would the older 2k series without the uniloc have a lighter joint, and consequentially, more rear-oriented balance?
i just bought a spw a couple of weeks back and i'm happy with it. i never shot with a spwu but i can vouch for the spw. it definetely has a good hit and it's rear balanced. is that what your looking for? it took a little time for me to get used to it b/c my other stick has a metal joint and it more center balanced. hope that helps you.
