This is the first real cue I got when I was about 23 years of age. It is a Genuine from McDermott, and has excalibur on it.

It is 18.5 ounces and has a 13mm triangle tip on it.

This is a spare of Mano I picked up for $100. 18.5 ounces and 13mm triangle tip.

It is a year newer than the model I play with, look how McDermott has changed the bumper style. They don't have a screw going through them anymore.

This is a picture of my wife's 27.5 ounce break cue. It is identical to the one I bought, but mine was darker wood at from the butt to the points. I am showing this one just to show you what mine sort of looked liked before I painted it. This has a 13.5mm tip on it.

This is my 28.5 break stick that my dad and I painted because I got tired of people picking it up thinking it was a house cue. It has a 13.5 mm tip on it. It starts off Black at the butt, then goes to dark blue, light blue, and then silver at the points. It is metallic throughout.

I know most of you all in here have far more expensive cues than I do, but feel free to tell me what you think.

There you go Skor, pics of my cues!

I does not matter if we like the cues, how do you like your cues? do you play good with your cues, if you do, thats all that matters. If the cue is $10 or 10k as long as your happy with them.

Lets just say it like this, a lot of other players in my league get pissed off when I whoop up on them cause they all have cues that are worth $600 or more!

I am not the best but I am holding my own and getting better every day.

I agree with you on the price of the cues.

Before too much longer though I am going to talk to Willie down here and get him to make me a cue.
