I'm getting a first pool cue and thinking of a mcdermott - is this an authorized dealer?

Yep, and Seyberts has some really good prices on their McDermotts. I just ordered an extra shaft from them, and it was in perfect condition.

The best way to find out if anyone is an authorized dealer is on McDermott's home page. They have a list of all their authorized dealers on their website. But I would still buy from Seyberts.

It doesn't even say authorized dealer on the Seybert's site, does it? If so, I didn't see it. I suppose it's good to verify with the McDermott site, but you might as well as put it on the site somewhere.

Seybert's are authorized dealers for so many cues and products that it would make their site almost incomprehensible if they advertised all of their product authorizations. It doesn't take a lot off research to find out that Seybert's isn't just buying all of their cues from other discount catalogues like a lot of other stores.

LOL, what are we talking about here? Seybert's IS the World #1 Predator dealer and that makes it not-so-hard (should I say: easy?) to believe that they are an authorized dealer for McDermott and many other brands also.

What is more is that they have by far the best customer service in the billiard industry especially considering the size of the company and the amount of issues and orders they receive each and every day.

I've been working with Seybert's since about April of this year and I have placed numerous orders here and they still treat me like it was my first day here.

Cary, Monique, Rick, Sid, Darrin... just to mention a few names who were always there to help me with literally anything.
