There are no qualifications to this tournament, the EPBF (European Pocket Billiard Federation) gives spots in the event to the different federations from European countries (Israel belongs to Europe when it comes to sports).
The local federation decides who goes.
The Israeli federation and I don't mix that well, I have seriuose issues with the way the run things, I also belive that Israel has no good enough players that are ready to play in such an event, we could have in a few years.

While this is one of the few events in the world that does not have any money prizes, just a trophy and the title of a european champion, the EPBF charge entry fees from the local federations and while local federations sends their players for free when everything is payed for, the Israeli federation charged the players that are going over $2000 to cover the trip.....

So basically Israel doesn't send their best players, the Israeli federation sends the top players that can afford the trip.....
This is something that I don't want to have anything to do with...
For me this event is an opportunity to stream some good pool and that's it.

Is the live stream for the score only? That is all I get when I click on the live feed. :(
