I've called six times to see if my order has been shipped. I ordered my cue on 2/20/06 and I haven't received it yet. I've called several times and have talked to Monique regarding my order. Each time I've talked to her she has told me that she will call back with some answers. Before I placed my order I called to make sure that the Mcdermott 30" shaft was in stock. I was told that it is a stock part for Seybert's. This is my first time dealing with Seybert's and this is the worst customer service I've had from any company.

My invoice is # 45549.

Please respond to this posting, and I will call the 800 number on 3/17/06 again to try to get some information.

I am very sorry for any problems this may have caused. The reason for the wait is for the 30" shaft option making this a custom order with Mcdermott which usually takes about 3 weeks. The only shafts that we stock would be the Predator shafts which we specialize in. I have this cue in stock ready to ship in the 29" and I will ship this to you NDA if you like. Please let me know if you want me to keep the order with Mcdermott or if you would like us to ship the stock cue out today with the remainder of your order. thanks
