i have just got a new cue it is a joss i like it alot but after playing it has gotten a blue haze on the shaft wich i do not mind but by the tip of the shaft it is darker then the rest of the shaft if i just clean the cue by wiping down the shaft and the butt with a dry paper towel after i get done playing like i already do and do no type of other cleaning will that in the long run hurt my cue. i also clean the ferrule about every three days with a damp paper towel. and if i did decide to clean it and i just used a barely damp rag and then dryed it very quickly with a paper towel would that be ok.
