Hello,

We were discussing the possiblity of using a "Live Help" script on the website to make ourselves more available to answer your questions and etc. Would any one of you would appreciate this new feature? Would it be used often?

Live Help would allow you to ask a rep questions, such as asking if we have certain item in stock, or if an option was available. We could help point you in the right direction to get the product that you are seeking.

The possiblities of Live Help is unlimited, the question is will the customers & possible customers be wanting to use this feature? Live Help will be generally available during business hours Monday thru Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Michigan time) I'm not sure on Saturdays tho, will have to check into that.

Any comments, feedbacks, suggestions and opinions will be taken into consideration and will greatly be appreciated.

I would definitely take advantage of live support if only my bosses would stop coming by.

I would rather communicate via e-mail or over the phone. That way you can keep your labor costs down and pass the savings on to your customers.

E-mail help would still be available. On the phone would still be available altho it is quite difficult to remember each one of you :) E-mails and live help logs will help us remember what the discussion/concern/inquires was about and will help us greatly in helping you more.

We believe it may be more cost effective to have a live help for our customers. I will be mainly the one to do the live help since I'm this company's um...Internet geek or something :lol:

By no means if we go forth with Live Help, other methods would stop. We are just simply offering more alternative method to get help.

Think about this for a moment, ya're on the website (which soon will be revamped and will have new products on...we're working on it as fast as we can) and you have more in detail questions or concerns about the product....Live help is available right there at the moment...you get instant answer, instead of waiting for e-mail reply or being on the phone and may be put on hold (yes we do get busy from time to time..we are sorry about this and hope that you will be patient with us). We thought that our customers may appreciate the new feature and may also help with some of the frustration of our telephone customers or as well as e-mail customers.


We just want to offer more to our customers...and we believe that is passing the savings to. :)

Put your money where its best needed put it towards a web designer
this site is horribley desgned and to java dependent

I think this site is very nice, although I admitt that would like to see it not using java.

If it's well setup, i think it can be a great addition.
Response time would be faster than email at least.

Even though i think that the disscussion boards are fine. I guess it would be that much better to get answers right away rather than wait a day. Yeah absolutly if it would be cost effective than do it. 8)

Not a bad job either, sitting on the computer answering questions. where do i apply? :lol:

Thanks for the compliment on the site, Yep, more to come.
Your right about the ebony grip on the iv8, never thought about it before, but I bet that would look great. Keep in mind that it would be hard to get a ebony handled iv8 down below 20 oz or so. All that ebony would bring up the weight.
