Items never recieved with my order....

Ok i just got my order today, but I never recieved the "Ultimate Tip Tool- Assorted COlors" that i ordered and its on the paper that was sent with the order. I also never recieved my Sir joseph glove, but it says pending so im guessing that it will be sent later. I tried calling the toll free number but no one picked up. So can some1 help me? My invoice number is 44854

I am very sorry for any inconvience this may have caused. The Tan glove is on back order and will be in by the weekend. If you could double check in the box and the pockets of the case for the tip tool just to make sure, then I can send the tip tool and glove together on Monday. ok cool and yes i checked the box many times and i also checked the case pockets too. its not there
