How can i post the picture into the forum....

There is a thread under the "Whats New" section titled upload image available. Follow the instructions and you're good to go. 8)

Ican't find whereto upload my pictures

Where it says "image hosting by ImageShack", browse to the image on your computer. Then click on the "host it button". This will upload the image to a image hosting service and pop up a window. Once the image is uploaded, you can copy the code in the pop up window and paste it into your post. This will put the image into your post.

Below the dialog window that you type in there is a white box that says browse beside it. Click on browse and it will pull up a window so you can search your computer for the picture file you want to upload. To do this you will need to know where you saved the picture at in your computer. After you have selected the picture you then click open and the file name comes up in the white box beside the word browse. Then you click on the little box that says "host it".

What happens then is that a pop up window for ImageShack comes up. At that point what you do is highlight the code for "Hotlink for forums (1)" with your cursor. Then while it is highlighted you can push and hold ctrl C to copy the code. Then you return to the dialog box and push and hold ctrl V to paste it into the dialog box. When you submit your post then your photo should appear.
