ok first of all fedex screws up my order and is delayed for another 4 days and all i got was my case with chalk? Did seyberts even bother sending out the cuestick that i ordered? or did they forget? i was told that my cue was shipped out. Where is it? Can someone from seyberts PLEASE tell me. :evil:

Fedex sucks lately, that is not Seyberts fault...

As for your cue, it might be being dropped shipped. A lot of cues ordered through Seyberts, are shipped directly from the manufacturer. For example, if you order a Viking cue that Seyberts does not happen tohave in Stock, then it will ship directly from Viking. Usually this is not much of a problem, but combined with Fedex's constant hose ups lately, I can understand you would be upset....

Be patient, it will get worked out. Seyberts will take care of ya...

And if you bought you cue from a local supplier you could have taken it with you when you left the joint.
