Was wondering if anyone has used a Dale Perry custom cue. They look good and i heard they are a nice hit. Really interested in how it plays because i would be using it, not just collecting. Thanks for your thoughts on it.

IMO they are crap. He uses low quality woods, poor designs and they hit bad, He also sells his cues on ebay and I know quite a few people who hav been screwed by him. Personally I wouldnt ever get one. He pretty much mass produces them and sells them cheap on ebay. IMO there is alot better options.

I have only tried one and my impression was that it had a very solid and stiff hit. Much like a Schon or Joss.

I hit with 3 older cues of his and I thought they hit great as well. I hit with 2 of his newer cues and I thought they played terrible. IMO Id rather get a Jacoby, Schon, Joss, or DZ.

i have 3 of his so CALLED "NEW CUES" as some of u put it. and i personally think they are great cues. i had a joss and sold it after getting cues from him. i dont think doggin the fact he sells on ebay is correct here. ive spoken to him personally,. i can tell u he does quality work and the only reason he sells on ebay is that it reaches alot more people. theres A TON of cue makers in florida and 1500 to 2000 dollar cues dont fly off the shelves. these cues are great., but thats my take. id give a big thumbs up to anyone who does business with him and buys a cue . they are really good
I have 2 Jacoby cues and the play great. For the money it's a great cue. I have a One-of-a kind and an ML-4 with piloted SS joint with a matching 314.
