In a humid bar does anyone else feel the Cutec shaft (SST) become sticky and drag? What is the quick fix beside a dollar bill or Cutex shaft conditioner?

Use a glove
the cuetec shaft is coated with fiberglass and it will always get sticky because of sweat (faster the a wooden shaft) what you can do is either wipe it with a towel every couple of minutes and also dry your hand every couple of minutes and put talc.
I would just wear a glove

Cuetec shafts become sticky after some time in any condition.
Either you use a glove or ditch Cuetec.

You can always use Armor All. It's practically the same thing as Cuetec Hitec. I keep a rag in a ziploc bag in my cue case. I occasionally squirt some Armor All onto the rag, just enough to keep it moist, and wipe it on the shaft of my CT break cue. I'm not concerned about it for two reasons.

1. It's a Cuetec.
2. Being that it's covered with fiberglass, there is practically no way that it is going to be harmed.
