fed ex shipping questions

Is it normal for fedex to back the date to another 4 days? or are they just really that lazy. My cue was shipped out on the 4th and i checked the tracking # and looked at the estimated destination and it said that it would be at my house on the 7th. a day later i checked again and now it says it will be here on the 11th? Does this happen to anyone? and also i ordered a lucasi l2004 cue w/ a soft case and 2 other things and it said that its only 2 lbs. does that sound right? or was my item not shipped all at once?
Im just curious. btw thank you seyberts for their TOP NOTCH service.

Yes, it has happened to me the last 3 of 3 times I have ordered and used FedEx. Twice with a couple of servers from HP/Compaq, and once with a package from Seyberts. I posted about this in another thread, but in my opinion.. FedEx is sucking lately.. I am using UPS now where ever I can...

I've been using the EMS service from USPS for shipments all the way to Israel and had no problem with any of my last 5 shipments.
