Which Custom Cuemaker?

Im planning to get a custom cue and recently these three cuemakers caught my eye. Richard Black, Samsara, Paul Drexler. Any of you guys ever shot with their cues? I am currently using a P2 and I prefer a medium hard hit like the P2 on a custom cue. Btw, I am residing in Manila so one of my major considerations is cue warpage due to humidity differences. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

all 3 cue makers are making great hitting cues.
you can't go wrong with any of them, it is surely going to be a hard decision to pick one out of these three....
if it was me and money was not a problem then I would get one of each... 8)

Personally, I never liked the hit of a PFD. They look great though. Same with Samsara. Tried one, never liked it. Richard Black makes fine cues and IMO play very well. Another one to consider is Skip Weston or Rick and Richard Phillippi.

Mike Bender makes some great cues. The playability of his cues are just awesome, the balance and feel. Another one to look at is Mike Capone, he makes nice playing cues also. Good luck.

Thanks Sid. I would definitely put him on my list. However, I guess I have to put my Custom Cue plans on hold for the time being as I am now the proud owner of a predator SE 5 :D I got a very nice price so I couldnt pass it up. I am very satisfied with the SE5 and maybe the custom cue will come next year.( after the dent on my wallet has healed) :)

Btw Sid, u have any idea what kind of moori tip came with the SE5? is it medium or slow?

Correct, we only use and carry Medium Moori tips.
