I know this is no fault of the guys at Seyberts but my shaft and cue haven't arrived yet.
I just got off the phone with FedEx and they seem to have lost my shipment. I won my match last night (rather handily, if I say so myself),
but the big kicker is that my girlfriend's daughter's 10th birthday is tomorrow, and she has been begging me for a cue for months. And tomorrow I may not have anything for her. :evil: Like I said, no blame on Seybert's as they shipped the package on Monday. Plenty of time for it to reach NC. :evil: I just want to go down to the local FedEx branch and strangle someone. Unfortunatly this is the first time I have ever had something shipped FE and quite frankly I'm not impressed. :evil:

The past 3 shipments I have had via FedEx have ended up being at least a day late. They used to really be the on time guys, but seems that is no longer the case. I mean, to fudge 3 out of 3 shipments over a couple months, says something...

Needless to say, I will be using UPS next time as I have not had any problems with them as of late.

Well, after spending a couple of hours on the phone with FedExcretion today we were finally able to locate my shipment. When It came into the Charlotte Hub someone neglected to scan it. It even made it onto the route truck. The driver didn't deliver it yesterday because it didn't show up on his scanner. Therefore he had to take it back to the Dist. hub. I finally received it at a little after 5:00 pm today. Thank goodness, I wouldn't have been able to look my girlfriend's daughter in the eyes, especially after I have been promising her a cue for so long.

At 9 years old, this little girl who can barely reach the table is hitting table length shots on 9' tables. I give her little pointers every now and then, but right now I mostly just let her shoot for fun. She really loves the game and I want to develop that part of her game first. Anyway, I'm just glad that I don't have to show up empty handed tomorrow. :D
