Real Dear tip

Hi,
Have you ever heard about "Real Dear tip" or "R.D. tip"?
I've heard those are hard tip but hold chalk better than moori tip.
I found some on web-site in Japan but I can't order them from US.
So, if someone saw this tip on web in US, plz tell me the URl.
