Weight bolt question

Hello.

I have 19 oz. VM34 cue that I would like to lighten.

When I remove the bumper I can hardly see the bolt itself and find
no appropriate tool to remove it.

Could you advise me on some tool to remove the bolt ?
Its head does not look to fit any of screwdrivers I know.

You will need the special Viking wrench to take the weight bolt out. I can get you one of those for $12.00 plus shipping. thanks
