This is from my order confirmation recieved at 9pm on monday, sept 12.




Destination Richmond, VA
Service type Ground-Domestic
Pieces 1
Weight 1.0 lbs.

This is from the tracking number given to me by Seyberts today. Item to be shipped tomorrow.

I have a few questions:

1. Why did my order magically shrink from 4.1 lbs to 1.0 lb?
2. Why is my order being shipped by ground instead of air like I paid.
3. Why couldn't seyberts have shipped my product on tuesday, they had all day to. Ship on Tuesday, recieve on Wednesday, like I anticipated.
4. Because I won't be getting my product in the timely manner I paid for, how can/will I be reimbursed?

After talking with customer support, it appears that Viking had dropped the ball on this one. But, I'm getting my shipping reimbursed and an upgraded Viking case (I think it is the 2x2 brown porper.) So all in all, I'm very happy, I'll just have to be here a little bit more than I expected. Thank you seyberts!

:( my shipping from both Viking AND Seyberts was messed up. Seyberts shipped my package ground so I have to basically wait around all day until 8pm so I don't miss my package.

Rick had talked to you regarding your order yesturday. We do realize that there was an error and that is why we upgraded your order. It appears the smaller items are in VA to be delivered today by 4:30pm, and your cue and case will be delivered tomorrow. Your card has been credited for the shipping costs. You can contact your local Fedex office to clarify the delivery time. There isn't a signature required for the shipment, therefore you do not need to be present to receive the package. Again we do apologize for the error.

Yeah, it is all okay now. I was just bummed that when I called Fed-Ex, they said it could be delivered up until 8pm tonight. It got here shortly thereafter. I would like to commend seyberts on how well they handled this situation and that I will be coming back for return purchases when the time comes. Thank you for all your help seyberts crew. :)
