Viking Butt cap replacement

Is it possible to have the butt cap in a VM25 replaced with a black one? I know its one of their options, but say I send the cue in for a new shaft or whatever can they do this as well?

I don't see a problem with this. You will have to put a note in your package stating that you want this done.
