It is harder than the "Sniper" tip made by Tiger Products.
They made it specifically for this cue, so it is unlike any of their other tips.
We have updated our Predator BK pages to reflect the new tip also. I was talking with neil and he mentioned that the tip will become available for resale around the end of next month for anyone interested. Sorry for any confusion on the tip issue,
