What's the main benefit with light Vs. Heavier PLAYING cue??? Most of the time there are alot of discussions about weight on breaking cue, how about PLAYING cue???
I can shoot as well with 19 Oz or 20.5 Oz and it makes me wonder what's the MAIN advantages and/of Disadvantages of that. Anyone???
Thank you
there is no relation between heavy Vs. light cue

The only difference is probably the cues balance point. The weight of a playing cue varies in comfortability from player to player and is not a constant thing.
light cues = easy to control the cueball but not so accurate when pocketing balls. But of course unless you have a steady hand.
heavy cues = hard to control cueballs (unless you have precise control on stroke) but accurate when pocketing balls.
What is light and heavy in terms of ounces? Well, that also depends on the person. A 19 oz is light for some and maybe heavy for some same as 18 as light and 19 as heavy for some.
