I think there was a few tourny's in Ohio on Saturday.

Davey K's in Toledo has them. East Road Billiards in Elida has them.

Columbus and Dayton are full of them in the winter. Not sure about the summer months tough.

I thought about playing in it last year. It is right here in Toledo. The entry fee wasn't too much. I suck compared to those guys, but the experience would have been great.

I have not played in any there. However, we could always call them to find out. I'm sure they are pretty competitive tournaments. I need a serious partner for the tournaments in BG. I'd like to go to that sometime.

I don't know if it is the pool capitol of the world, but there are a lot of pool players around here. I haven't played any that are as good as some of the players in Adrian, Michigan where I am originally from, but I'm sure there are some around here.

Are you talking about the Wednesday night ones that I go to occasionally? If so, these are far from serious. They are more of a fun tourney, but I have seen some "better" players recently (nobody who is really good though).

BG has a more competitive APA league that I may try to get into this fall. Problem is, most of the teams are pretty well established for the long-term and I need to find an opening.

I had the chance to see Lonnie shoot at the VNEA state tourny at Battle Creek last weekend. She lost Masters 8 ball but I was still well impressed.
