Cue Repair

I just obtained a new Jacoby cue. The only thing that I would like to do is have a textured black leather wrap put on it. I didn't see anything on Seybert's main page dealing with cue repair. What would the cost be associated with doing this and where would I send my cue?

I fogot to add something. Would I be able to ship the cue in a pool case for extra protection?

They probably could but when they shipped my 314 the packing tube looked like it would withstand a close hit from a small thermonuclear device. I saved it in case I ever need to ship anything.
