Derrrrrr.....Most of the time...Im not all up here....but ya...just trying to help a brother out! Though it might have hurt him more spending the coin on a call from that far away.
Zach
I did talk to Cary before I sent the e-mail but then I had some more questions and I thought that sending an e-mail is better, any way Rick has replayed.
thanx :)
BTW I work for an ISP that is also a long distance carrier so I get free internet connection and free long distance calls so I don't care about the costs

Well now... Looks like I stand corrected Zach! ha ha...
Glad ya got it worked out skor, but... You better not be keeping any secrets.. Are you planning to get a new cue!? Come on, out with it already!! Dont keep us in suspense!!
Not yet
I need to restock the shaft care products and some other small accessories.
The thing is that shipment to Israel is very expensive and makes the whole thing really not worth it, I'm looking for a way to cut the cost of the shipment, too bad non of the billiard supply web sites don't do regular air mail on small and cheap items, I think that in the long run it will be worth while for them to do so, getting billiard supplies in Israel and in most of Europe (I don't know about Asia and the far east) is hard.

So is Seyberts gonna be able to work something out to get em shipped to ya? What about having an order shipped to someone in the states, and then have them forward the shipment via the airmail?
I still can't get an exact quote on a shipment not through UPS.
In most cases the shipment will cost a lot more then 20% of the total items value (not to mention that it will double the cost through UPS),
most billiard supply web sites offer about 20% off retail, so if I'll have someone visiting the states and he would go into any billiard store and buy the items at rtail price and then carry it back here, the total will be cheaper then getting an internet discount and pay for shipment.
To be honest I think that some of the largest internet dealers, like seyberts are missing a lot of business out side of the U.S, I know for a fact that they do sell to other countries but I think that they could get a lot more business if the shipment issue could be addressed in a more serious manner
I'll be more than happy to send you the package from my home address skor...
I only live about 10 minutes from Seybert's so I'm more than happy to pick up the package for you and ship it out to ya.
ya're one of the best customers at Seybert's :)
Let me know ;)
Thanks Deb, I just got a pm from Sid about this issue, we'll see how we can progress with this next month
