Capone CUes offers cues of level 2 , level 3 or level 4 or level 5 or what ever level..... so what does the level signify?????????Does the level refer to the playability or complex design of the cue???????I have seen an ebay seller putting the title of the cue he is selling as level 5 oliver cue.....so could anyone enlighten me???????????
Mika is using a level 7 capone cue so i believe the level refer to the design of the cue

The cue level refers to its complexity of consturction such as number of points and inlays. The higher the number the fancier it will look. Should not really affect the playability unless you consider ivory joints and ferrules into the factor.
