Hello,
I have done a search through our shopping cart system for your name and your e-mail address (at least the one you signed up on our discussion board with) and nothing shows up.

To our knowledge, we have not received your order.

Please try to resubmit the order. When it goes through properly, you will definately get an e-mail confirmation. it is automated so it is a no brainer on our end.

Sorry for the problem, not for sure what happened.

This is the text i get after i checked out and fill in my payment and shippement details :
"Thanks very much for your order. If we need further info, we will email you."

How do i know where to look for an order nr, is that normal?

ps.I just remeambered , do i have to be registered at Seybets to place an order, maybe that's the reason.

Nah ya don't have to be registered here to order from Seybert's.

Maybe this is the reason and you will have to clear this problem and tell me what to do.
I have a debit card wich i use for internet payments so i can fill it up with the amount i need and don't worry if my card details are stolen coz there will be no money on it.So i fill the card up with 265$ and i made the buy process at your store with the items i need, but the total of the package with the shippement option u have to choose there it was 320$ , as my order with the shippement option i wanted is 253$.So i ask you do i need to have 320$ and you will charge me with only 253$, or this is not he problem?Thank You.

I don't know what is happening,
When you click on checkout, you should get these options.

USA Online Credit Card
USA Online Credit Card (Seperate Billing And Ship To Address)
International Online Credit Card (Must ship to billing address of card holder)
Order By PayPal Online
Order by Credit Card using FAX
Order by Credit Card through Postal Mail

Once you click on Internaitonal online credit card option, you will be taken to the page that gathers your information like address and credit card number. Then when you submit your order, you should be taken to the confirmation page that will look like this

Order Processed Successfully!

Thank you for placing your order with Seybert's Billiard Supply.
We will contact you if further information is required. For future
reference, our email address is xxxx@xxxxx.com. (replaced the e-mail to stop spam harvesting)

Please reference order number 1856-5313-8322.

Back to Seybert's Billiard Supply

The order number above is what we would need to confirm the order. If you are not getting a page that produces an order number, something is not right.

It does not have anything to do with your credit card as we process the cards here at the store for security.

sorry for the confusion, I am not for sure from your information what is going wrong. We still have not received the order.

I get the same message every time, i don't understand. Is there any way i can send you my card details so you can take the money and do an e-mail order, it's a debit card so i will only have the total amount for the order, or if there's a other way we can do this.Man i didn't know it was so complicated to buy online :)).Thank You.

shouldn't it be an instrustion for bank wire-payment? or should seybert attach the option for bank wire payment?
