Are predator still the best?

Has anyone had a chance to use the new meucci bulseye laminated shaft? is it any good? upto what they hype? i use a meucci bizzarro with a 314 shaft, but as i live in the uk it takes a while for new stuff to get through. and as i dont really want to get to much use into this collectors cue i was gonna buy a new one and new pred shaft, but when i saw the new meucci i thought maybe in might play similar or better?[/quote]

It's going to take a while for someone to get something to play better than the Predator and by that time Predator will have something better. Predator has a patent out on the ferrule and honing of the shaft, which makes most of the playability of the shaft. There always is someone trying to compete but still nothing. They will try but Predator will be ahead of the game.

I just ordered the Predator BK from Seybert's. I will let you know how it breaks.

I currently use a cheap, junky stick instead of using my Meucci to break with. I happen to use the HOF-1 to break with the other night and the difference was amazing.

The BK ought to be even better.
