21st century Sneaky Pete?

At a match tonight a few of us got into a discussion of how a sneaky pete wouldn't fool anyone because they all looked too nice to truly be a house cue.

This led to the idea of taking something like a Budweiser $20 cue and fitting it with a Predator or other quality shaft.

Does anyone know of this having been done?

Jim Buss custom fit a nice shaft to a Budweiser cue about 10-12 years ago, he called it the "Bussweiser" cue. It hit pretty well and even though it wasn't a Predator shaft it definitely surprised you on how well it hit.
