I found a poll on this Web site asking people to vote for their favorite cue.

A classic case of dictating results based upon poll design. I wanted to vote for Predator, and had to scroll down three pages to do it. The first choice in such polls is going to get most of the votes -- I could see an alphabetical listing, or an ordering based on current "most popular" results, but the order here is strange. It isn't based on market share by any stretch of the imagination. It may reflect a bias on the part of the poll designer, seeing as the site has a couple of links to sell Lucasi cues.

Taking that to a logical conclusion, if the site sells Lucasi as a predominant brand, then people visiting the site will be looking for Lucasi products because they like them. Thus, when they vote, it's for Lucasi.

Besides, you have to remember that a lot of people bought Yugos. That doesn't mean that they were a great car.

I went to the site and had to add Chris Nitti as the person running the survey had never heard of him or his cues! I agree a little bias may be built into this survey.

I have been around. I also like Schon and Fury, though I know that they are not in the same ballpark as far as considerations go. Same with Nitti and those other two. :)
