Well, I haven't seen one. Maybe someone in the rich and famous circles have it.

I read from a car magazine sometime ago that the viper is quite loud among the sports cars reviewed at that time but it got the most second-look from people. So what else did you rent?

And how many ladies did you introduce to the car? :D

DEATHTRON
11-27-2004, 02:56 AM
I was with my dad, so both seats were full, so unfortunately i didnt get to introduce any ladies :( ... but i cant tell you how many looks i got when i pulled it into the hotel and made my own parking, there was a whole crowd of attractive women looking to see who gets out fo the car....it was a bit loud, but nothing i couldnt handle, it was about on par with my mustang...

I must have felt real nice just being inside that car. I wonder if I'll ever get to ride one in my lifetime? 8O

So how was Las Vegas? Won anything?

DEATHTRON
11-27-2004, 01:37 PM
I dont know what it is about that car, maybe its the v10, or all the torque, but it feels great being in that car. Las Vegas is alright, going to check out a pool hall today, and im up $315 right now, and im holding $270 of it to cover most of the 314.

Now that is one good reason to quit a job, I don't care how much they pay, working in a bar on New Year's Eve. is fun, you can get drunk, you get paid (more then usual), and all the chicks want to be your friend because you are the only one with the access to the botles.... aahhh, the good old days ;)

Eh, I typically do not go out on New Years.. It is too dangerous with all the idiot drunk drivers... Nice and safe at home or in an office... Besides, we were comsuming alcohol and having a good time there anyways...

Deb, you are a young whipper snapper...

When I was working in a bar, by the time I get out of the bar, all the idiot drunk drivers were already dead or home a sleep

Deb

It was a promise that I had made to my mother when I was 17 yrs old when she found out that I was drunker than a skunk and was found trying to walk home by a friend. I had promised her that no matter what, I would never drink and drive. And if I was to drink, I would either have a sober friend drive me home or I stay the night. I've kept that promise for years and I do not intend on breaking it.

I guess my parents did something right in raising me :)

skor
11-29-2004, 01:30 PM

Yeah, driving intoxicated is stupid.. In 93 I was hit by one with several friends in the car.. It was my Chevette vs his 78 Pontian Boat... The results were, not in my favor...

Eh, anyways... Round here the drunks are abundant enough as it is...

DZ314
11-29-2004, 01:37 PM
Yep, better to just stay off the roads when you know they're out in abundance. Well, at least more of an abundance than usual.

DEATHTRON

Around here, it's not really the drunk drivers that creates most of the problem on a New Year. It's the firecrackers.

The public can buy buy firecrackers practically anywhere and just light it anywhere they want to. Every year we have hundreds of people with blown up hands, feet, and even faces. A lot of them though are drunk revelers and half are kids while the rest are innocent bystanders who happen to step on one or had a firecracker thrown at them.
