Has anyone ever bought new rails and successfully installed them on their table? I have a old table and the dam rails are dead as hell. I am looking into buying and installing new rails but the problem is i have no clue what to do. does anyone have any suggestions? how much it costs? Is it hard to do? is their accessories that i must buy? thanks for you help.

You will need new rail rubbers. Cost from us is $60.00 a set of six.
Remove the old rail rubbers.
Using Rubber Cement, glue the new rail rubbers to the rail.
You will have to cut the new rail rubbers to the lenght of the rail making sure that the angle will match the angle started by the rail.
Glue on new facings and rewrap the rail.
Of course this is just a quick overview of what has to be done. Once you get going and if you have a problem, just drop us a call and we will be glad to help you through it.
You will need.
New rail rubber,
rubber cement
new facings,
Hack saw or serragated thin kitchen knife for cutting the rail rubber.
A dremmel is not necesarry, but very handy sanding any mistakes or rough areas from the cutting of the rail rubber for a smooth professional look.
Ok I recieved my new rails today. I am a little bit hesitant to take back the felt on the rails i realize there is no other way. but I think that there is a good chance i will mess up the felt. Also what do you mean by new facings?
if you purchased new rails, it will have new rail rubbers and facings
