Don't waste your money on an Action cue. Get a quality cue like Joss, Meucci or Falcon. Any sneeky pete from these companies would be better than the top Action cue.

I would not get a Cuetec or an Action. Too cheap. I like the feel of wood not fiberglass. The only place for fiberglass is on my boat!
