i saw the mcdermott ef-35 in this web ( http://www.gatesbilliards.com/mcdermot/EF-35.htm), and i love it. the problem is that i couldn't find this model in mcdermott official site. is this a real mcdermott cue? why it is much cheaper than other ef's series?

Yes, it's a McDermott. We were testing the market with some new exotic wood cues with different combinations of butt plates, rings, wraps, and no wraps.
Here is the original link.

I got Seyberts to order an EF-35 for me. I'm expecting it sometime this week. I got a 27" shaft and a hard talisman tip put on it.
Years of playing with house cues have given me a fondness for no-wrap cues with a wood-wood joint. I can't wait to get it.

Once you have it let us know how you like it. Also, if possible, post up some pics. 8)

I do like the simplicity of the cue. Very clean and McDermott makes a good quality cue. Add to that, you chose a great tip!
I will second Fury's request for the pics, if possible.. :)

I just got the shipping notice. ETA is Monday, Sept. 20. I'll post a review and pics after I give it a good test.
