My new one is as stated a moori Med and its a nice tip i like it but it doesnt hold it shape well it flatens after about 2-3 games and i think this is trange is the tip defective ? or do i need a tip shaper i currently havea cue cube and a tip pick . Maybe i need a willard shaper ? any help or opinions please post . Also i liek my tip to be a dime size dome however it doesnt seem easy to get with my current tip tools.

I use a Williard dime shaper, works great!

Every tip I get "smushes" in at first, so I need to re-shape it frequently the first few days.

I use a 1/2" electrical PVC pipe cut in half and about 8" long to get my dime shape. I use 220 grit sand paper and sand back and forth while turning the tip slowly.

There are some shaping tools which use sand paper like this, but I have not seen one with a dime shape. I got one with a repair kit, but it was actually quarter shaped! (Not good for shooting stick, but great for breaking stick.)

BTW - I use a Moori III (Q) which seems to hold its shape better, but plays the same as a Moori III (M).

kamui delaminates faster then moori... that's what a lot of players said
