I have a viking cue that i believe is broken and needs fixing I have went to a few authorized dealers and they said they couldn't fix it. I did ask them were to send it but it was a long time ago and i don't think i ever got a specific address anyway. I know there is a plant in Madison WI close to were i live can i send it to Viking for repair and can you provide me with an address please?

Thanks,
Sonnic

also would it be a bad idea to send my predator shaft with it or should i include the standard viking shaft with it. I think they will fix the knicks and scratchs so i would rather them refurbush my predator. obviously cause that is the one i play with. but i don't want them to ruin my $200 shaft what do you think???

Drop off/Send the cue to:

Viking Cue Mfg., Inc
Attn: Repair Dept.
2710 Syene Rd.
Madison, WI 53713

Make sure to include a note that describes the problems you want fixed. Also make sure the note includes a return address and daytime phone number. You will be contacted after the cue has been examined and given the cost of repairs. (Repairs go down in the shop on Mondays and are usually completed by that Friday.)

As for the Predator shaft, that poses a different dilemma. If you want to send it in with your cue we can clean it up, take the nicks out etc. However, we do charge a little more for repairs on Non-Viking equipment.

Thanks,

Rob
