I purchased a Limited Edition Venture cue with 314 shaft (#26of50) on June 10th, and it didn't come with a certificate; since I've emailed you 2 times from last week already, nobody had never emailed me back and let me know what's going on yet; I am very very not happy with it now, please let me know what the hell is going on, and if I still don't receive my cue certificate by this weekend, I'll return the product I purchased and ask for my money back

here's my invoice number 32322, please find out what's going on

Agreed.. Try to relax just a bit here.. You got yourself a quality cue that you wanted. The piece of paper means absolutely zilch. I understand you want to have it, but try to understand Seyberts is doing everything they can to get it to you. Over the past few weeks they have had some server outages which may have caused your emails to get lost in limbo-land.

Everyone at Seyberts is good people, and they will help you out whenever they can. Take a breather and go hit some balls with your new cue.. If you want, why not share with us your thoughts on how the cue plays/looks... :)

You can send the cue back to us for a refund and we will credit your card. The cue has to be unchalked and no signs of wear.... we don't sell used cues. I will send out your certificate as soon as I receive them from Pechauer. No one on this last batch of cues have received a certificate yet, but I can assure you that you will be receiving one shortly. Please let me know what you would like to do. thanks

I haven't bought a pechauer cue before so i don't know how the certificate goes if it normally comes with the cue or not. I would ask why didn't seyberts have them in the first place??? I would think the only purpose of a certificate would be to show the autheniticity of the specific cue. Me personally I wouldn't care if i got a certificate or not i don't really care if someone else doesn't think my cue is authentic or not, All that should matter is you knowing. I would tend to agree with the room in that you bought a cue, you recieved a cue..... Now go play. However i do think that instead of telling this guy that he can't return his cue cause seyberts doesn't sell used cues is a little careless. I do believe this guy does deserve an explination and an apology for not contacting him earlier weather it was a power surge or not.

well if the cue is chalked and seyberts won't take it back (which I can understand), I'll buy it from you for $100 (it's used and it doesn't have any certificate :) ) :) :) :)

LOL good one SKOR

Im just saying if Seyberts didn't give him a certificate then they didn't hold up their end of the bargain and therefor the deal is void at the fault of seyberts. however i can see both sides of this issue

Hate to burst everyone's bubble, but he should not have to worry about something like this. I like seyberts and all but in this situation the wrong doing is indeed their fault. He payed for the cue AND the certificate. I dont believe there is an option to just buy the cue only. He does not have to chill out. As the customer he has every right to be angry.

We just got the certificates in the mail today so Kevin will have his certificate in a day or 2. We are sorry for the delay but I did e-mail you and informed you that we were in process of contacting Pechauer and getting these certificates.

We are very sorry for the delay of the arrival of the certificate.

Thank you,

Rick

This is a problem with ourselves not contacting Pechauer sooner to get these but we didn't think it would be to much of a problem, since we do ship these seperate than the cues. I will be shipping out the certificates to everyone that didn't receive one. I did say he can return the cue with no problems unless it has been chalked. When the cue is chalked this tells me that you have excepted the way it is, but regardless I am still sending the certificate out ASAP. The customer was contacted stating that the certificate will be sent out as soon as Pechauer sends them out to us.... the certificates were not included in the original shipment so there was some confusion. I am sorry if you didn't receive this email regarding this situation. thanks

I'm sorry, your cue is on backorder until we get some certificates.

I don't think that would fly.

Youre right, to some people that wouldnt fly, but to others, like Kevin, it doesnt fly that he does not recieve everything he payed for.

thx to everybody who sides me here, and thx to all others opinion as well. I gotta say I like seyberts just like everybody else here, but it's just been too long I haven't heard anything from sayberts, so I was kinda worry. some people are right, as a customer, I do deserve some rights; I gotta apologize here, I didn't know that I am not the only person who's not getting the certificate, and I didn't know there was a server outage happened, and that's why I said I've never seen Seyberts made mistake like this before, so I apologize here.
now, I am totally cool, I'll just wait for few days and get my certificate. as soon as I get it, I'll come let you guys know

Glad to hear that everything is going to work out okay. I can relate with being anxious to get what ya paid for. I dropped 2k months ago to have a custom cue built.. And while I knew it was going to take time, I still found myself wishing it were done. However, it was well worth the wait and I am 100% satisfied with the end results.

Kevin, I would also be interested in hearing what ya think of your new cue. I'm sure others would like to know also... I've had the chance to shoot with a few JP's and I like their hit as well as the craftsmanship.

Well break time is over, back to the table for me...;)
