Is there anyone who makes a tip shaver that clamp onto the shaft ensuring a good tip cut about dime size . :?:

tip shaver is something you use to trim the sides of the tip in order to make it flash with the ferule regardless of the diameter of the shaft/ferule.
the dime or nickle refer to the shape (roundness) of the tip.
So you are talking about two different things
