I work in a pool room and we place most of our orders through CueStix. Most of the time on cues like Viking, Scorpion, 5280 etc.. the orders come in fine and prompt. However, there is this one gentleman that has been trying to get a Schon cue. He has had the owner place the order once before, waited 6 months only to hear that it could be a few more months before his cue would be in for them to ship. He canceled. This year, he tried it again, and it has been 3 months now since he placed his order. CueStix says that there is a ray of sunshine this time!!!! it may be in by August... Is there anyway Seybert's can get a Schon CX 48 18oz 13mm? Here is a link: http://www.billiardstuff.com/productlist/cid/139 If you can get the CX 48, how soon can you get it? Thanks!

Can Seybert's get this cue for me and how soon? is it in stock??
We can get this cue but it is not a standard cue from the Schon line. This cue is made for one of our competitors so we like to stick with what we can get from Schon cues. Take a look at www.schoncues.com
and we can get anything there. Let me know if you need a price. thanks

Rick, I figure he might be curious, I'll go ahead and ask. How long do you think it would take to get the CX 48?

The CX line is made exclusivly for Cue Stix. If you can't get a particular cue from Cue Stix no one else will be able to get that cue either.
I can't say for certain but I doesn't seem reasonable that Cue Stix can just call Schon and say send us ten CX48s. Most likely Schon will supply cues for Cue Stix in large orders instead of dealing piecemeal. After all Schon has a network of hundreds of other dealears they need to keep supplied as well.

Thanks for the input guys, I guess Ed will just have to wait on CueStix :( Maybe on future orders i will be able to talk the owner into giving Seybert's their business :)

i ordered a new predator shaft from seyberts cuz Hawleys beat them on the CX-48 price, but I expect my cue in friday. I ordered it last thursday. The company says that the CX 48 is a highly sought after cue and they are stopping production on it to raise its value, the rep I got an email from said that the cue will be stopped at 100 cues. Seems low to me but thats what I got from the Schon site.
