Alright, so heres the deal: I just got my bunjee jumper from seyberts, i also ordered a phenolic tip to put on it. However, I'm not sure if i should wait untill the bunjee gives out to do it or just do it now. What do you guy's and gal's think?

For a jump cue, dont waste your time with what came on it. For maximum performance install the phenolic tip immediately. The jumping will come easier, more accurately, and you will get more dates with hotter chics!! ;)

The bunjee tip is a great jumping tip, it is composed of leather and synthetic fibers and it's not going to give out very fast, in my opinion it is as good as the phenolic tip when it comes to jumping.
All jumping cues are just the same, the tip is what makes the difference, if you whanted a phenolic tip for a jump cue then you should have gotten a cheaper cue and then retip it with the phenolic tip.
Stay with the bunjee tip, and use the phenolic tip for a break cue :)

The Bunjee tip is one of the best on the market and has been researched and designed just for jumping. I would leave it.

I would leave whatever tip came on it for the simple fact that keeping a phenolic tip attached to the ferrule isn't the easiest job in the world to do. Before I had a phenolic tip/ferrule put on mine, the phenolic tip lasted about 4 or 5 months.

I see, everyone makes a good point for leaving the tip, but i dunno, if im gonna get dates with hot chicks like audio said i just might have to....

Thanks,
Zach

ha ha.. Well there are other ways of getting dates. Just make sure you're always seen with a bud light. Chics dig that too. ;)

I still think I would look into changing the tip out. It made a huge difference for me, however I did NOT have a Bunjee cue. I took an old cue and put a phenolic on it.

The tip that comes on the Bungee is like a rock and you will never wear it out with normal use. In fact until Skor clued me in I didn’t realize that it wasn't a phenolic tip. If the Bungee tip is not as hard as a phenolic it's very close. With my Bungee I can jump a full ball from a one ball width away. My phenolic tipped jump cue is only the slightest bit better and that may be because it is lighter or the brass ferule. I would say to stick with the original tip until it comes off on its own accord.

Hot chics have told me tip type doesnt matter, just needs to be hard. What counts is how you step up to the shot. You need to take your time, don't rush it, make sure you've covered all the bases. Now start your stroke, keep it steady, rhythmic. When everything feels right, release. Just let it happen. She will lift off that table and come down right where you want her. At least thats what i've been told. I'm gonna go out in the garage now and have a smoke.

I think it is good at some point to take some time and experiment with different tips. Best to do this on a spare cue though. If you don't have a spare cue, may want to play with your existing tip for a while, then switch tips. If you don't like the new tip, then go back to the first tip.
