Geo vs Real Leather?

Hi! I was just wondering if one is able to tell the differences between the Geo and the Real Cowboy leather by looking at the case itself? Is there any specific deisgn that seperates the 2?

Also, are the Instroke cases by Seyberts the "new" made in Taiwan ones with the Diamond Latch system?
