They only come in 14mm and will require trimming upon installation. In general I would recommend the M, but the H is good as well if you prefer a hard tip.

Man you guys get up early......

Anyway, Moori only come in 14mm as do most ofthe higher end tips. Elkmaster makes a 12mm tip, but I wouldn't waste your money (although they are better than a LePro). If you get someone with a little skill to retip your cue with a Moori, you shouldn't be able to tell he cut the tip down to size. Around here, installation will cost you about $40 - $50. I'm sure Seyberts can do it, they are good at that type of thing and you can't beat their customer service.

7 is tough.. I was a 4 for about a year before moving up. I know people who have shot for years and are still a 5.. But then, some people advance slow, and some fast.. :)

Ahh, I love this game...

ha ha, reminds me of a night of pool actually. We had a 7 on our team. Ya know, 7's usually run racks at a time.. This is about a year ago. After we were finished with our matches me and him went to play on some 9 footers. I never play on the 9's.. Anyways, I beat him 5 games straight.. He was not very happy, kinda a cocky guy to begin with. I just shot really well. Why cant I do that good all the time!!! GRRRR!!!!!!!!!!

LOL, that is what I say too. I can play like a 5 or 6 some nights and others I just totally suck comparitively! I guess it is just the nature of the game! Much like golf, even Tiger Woods is not always able to shoot rounds of 63! 8)

Here is a big tip that will change your game:
ALWAYS play and practice on a 9ft table,
then on league the 7ft tables look small and easy.
that's what I did when I was playing APA and bars.
the last 4 years I only play on 9ft tables and once every few months when I go to my friend house I play on his 7ft table, that bar box is way too easy for me now, it is very rare that once I'll get on a 7ft table I won't run out playing 8ball or 9ball

Good point skor, those 7ft'rs look a lot smaller after playing on the 9's. I just have problems because of the conditions of most of the 7's around here, what with all the spilled beer on them and such. Pool is challenging enough without the water hazards.

Yeah, the big tables are great for some added practice. But you need to play on the reg's too because the speed and cue ball control is a lot different.

it takes me 2 racks of practice to get used to any speed and rail reaction on any table :)

When going from a 9 footer to a bar box those pockets on the bar box look like bushel baskets. As for running racks for me it easier to run a rack of 8 ball on the big table. More real estate to work with so you end up with fewer clusters and snookers.
