Simonis Cutting Instructions for Rails

Got my Simonis cloth but did not receive the cutting guidelines on how to cut out the rail cloth. Could you please tell me where I can find these instructions.

Also would like to have the zip file on how to recover a table which I cannot find on your site anymore.
