What is your preferred cue tip diameter( approx)

My favorite diameter is the exact diameter of my ferrule , 13 mm.

Now as for radius, I go with the dime. I can't seem to keep it on my break cue though. Something about that impact that makes it closer to a nickel.

I have a 13 mm shaft with a LE pro tip. Can I replace the 13mm tip with a 14 mm tip? I"m tring to learn a little more about tip replacement before I start replaceing my tips so if anyone can help would appreciate it very much.
