I believe that all of the Mooris are 14mm and require trimming upon installation. Normally I recommend medium.

It is true the Moori come in 14mm sizes only. I too would recommend using medium. That is what I currently use :)

COF is right. All of the Moori's I have ever seen are 14mm.

A slow, medium or quick Moori is all up to the players preference. Each has their way of affecting english played on the ball. As I have said before, I prefer a medium tip. If you're new, I would suggest trying a medium tip as a softor hard tip will take time to get used to.

I have tried the Soft, Medium and Hard (Quick) and I prefer the Hard. The soft put to much spin on the ball for me and with the medium, everytime I made a shot my shape was out of wack and almost everytime I missed a shot my shape was perfect. Once I put the Hard tip on everything came together for me, but most of the people I sell to perfer the Medium for shooting and the Hard for breaking.

For what its worth, that my 2 cents worth.

I saw Mikka Immonen yesterday and he was using the new Moori III Soft and says it is the best tip he has used.
I really like the new Mooris.

I have to admit that a soft tip is great on a really fast table. Fortunately or unfortunately for that matter I don't get to play on fast tables that often.

In Europe we do have Moori's available in more sizes.
I have a dart en billiard store in the Netherlands and we sell the Moori's also in 12 and 13mm in Soft, Medium & Hard.
