I need a new rubber end to my cue and saw this thing and thought it would be perfect, why not add a little performance where possible. however I am also now skeptical of this product making any difference what so ever. I would like to hear someone tell me different or confirm that it is useless.

A team I sub for has a player that uses one of these. I was able to try it out with and without the limbsaver. I couldn't tell the difference but I only had a few shots each way. The guy says that it does give him a little better feel so I don't know what to say. It would be interesting to give it a try for a few weeks with my regular cue. I never give in to first impressions when it comes to equipment. I feel I need to get used to the item before I can judge it.

If it actually gives enhanced energy during the break, it may be worth trying on a break cue.
