314 Shaft...

I am looking at buying a 314 shaft but don't know where to go to try one out first. I am skeptical that it is that much improvement in the stroke. I have looked around my neiborhood pool hall and haven't seen one. I live in the southwest side of Milwaukee anyone know of a place i could go to prove the worthyness of the 314 shaft???
