I have an opportunity to purchase an 8' Peter Vitalie Puma table from a neighbor. The table is in perfect condition. Does anyone know about the quality of them or how much I should pay for it?
Hi,
here is the link to their web page
http://www.vitalie-manufacturing.com/TOCPage.htm
you will not find a puma table in here maybe it's an old model or maybe you got the model wrong.
any way their tables look great and very expensive (they don't show prices) but you can contact them and ask about the puma,
I never pay more then 60% of the value of a new product on a used one,
so I guess thats what you should offer for it once you'll know it's cost.
hope I was helpfull :)

Skor,
You need to quit spending your cash on things that depreciate...

Thanks for the reply skor. I just got back from a local billiard store and they said the Vitalie tables are well known for their craftsmanship. They are based out of Carolina where all the great furniture makers are. I feel pretty confident about making the purchase. As a matter of fact I have rearranged the den for the table.
