Refinishing a predator?

My father has a predator cue, and he is extremely hard on it. In the shaft, there are a bunch of knicks, dents, and scrapes. In one spot on the but, it looks like the thing was hit with a hammer, as all the clear coat and paint are knocked off in that spot. Basically the thing looks like it was rolled down a gravel road.

Has anybody sent their cues back to predator to get the whole thing redone? What is the cost? Where can I find out more info on this?

I was thinking for a christmas present, I would get it done for him.
