Are any users of this site attending this tournament? I am planning on making the trip and would like to meet some of the people I talk to on here. The tournament is in Rugby, ND on Dec. 12 weekend. If not, hopefully I will see you in Vegas.

What place did you take in the tourny..?

I did terribly in the tournament, choked hard. I made it nowhere near the top 32. Edwin Montel ended up winning the tournament and one of the players from Winnipeg won second. It was impressive as he is only 17, but is amazing to watch play.
I was one of the guys the people in Rugby will never forget as we probably had the most fun and partied the hardest. Who says pool tournaments are serious?

I was in Winnipeg for another tournament last Sunday (Dec. 21). It was a blind 3 man tournament in which my team placed top 10 and two of my buddies placed first and second. I am new to big tournaments and plan on doing better in the future. Anyways, whether or not I do well, I have a blast while I'm there.
